Original recipe makes 12
| 1 packageLemon cake mix with pudding |
| 4 Eggs |
| 1 cupWater |
| 1/4 cupVegetable oil |
| 1 12-oz canLemonade (frozen) |
| 2 cupsPowdered sugar; 4X |
Lemonade Cake Preparation
Combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Blend well. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Prick with fork to bottom while warm. Gradually spoon glaze over cake until completely absorbed. Cool and cut into squares.
Glaze: 1 can frozen lemonade (thawed)
2 cups 4X sugar
Blend with wire whisk.
