Original recipe makes 6
8 ounceselbow macaroni
10 3/4 ouncescream of mushroom soup
1 smallonion; grated
4 cupsCheddar cheese; shredded
2 ouncespimento; chopped
1 cupMayonnaise
3 tablespoonsbutter or margarine; melted
1 cupcracker crumbs

Macaroni and Cheese Casserole Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Combine macaroni and next five ingredients. Pour into a greased 12 x 8 x2 baking dish.

Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top and Bake at 350o for 30 minutes

Notes

Can use larger size macaroni. Family favorite
