(if you are using plain flour just pop some baking powder in)
1. Plop everything except the water into a bowl. Pour in half the water and mix. Add more water untill you get a thick slow running batter.
2. Spoon desertspoon fulls into a hot greased pan. Wait till bubbles come up and bust then flip over.
3. Serve with rasberry jam and cream!
Or anything else you fancy. Jams, berries and honey.

terik1972 1 year agoMade but they were heavy and dense. They would have lacked flavor had I not added some vanilla. Kids enjoyed them though because they were 'baby pancakes.' I prefer lighter/fluffier. Not sure if I would make again.
