| 3 stripsBacon |
| 1 poundGround beef |
| 2 Onion; large |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 3 tablespoonChili powder |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonCumin; ground |
| 14 1/2 ounceTomato; diced, undrained |
| 16 ounceRefried beans |
| Lettuce |
| Tomato |
| Salsa |
| Sour cream |
| Guacamole |
Taco Salad Preparation
Prepare shells according to directions. Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel. Cook beef, onions, garlic, seasonings in drippings over medium heat till meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon meat and toppingsinto shells.
