| 1/4 literwater | |
| 1/2 literwater | |
| 2 kgFlour | |
| 1/4 kgSugar | |
| 1/4 kgButter; melted | |
| 1 pinchSalt | |
| 3 gramsyeast |
Chimney cake Preparation
Mix the ingredients well.Let it rise for half an hour. Cut it up into 16 equal pieces. Leave it covered. Strech them each and roll them onto a roll. Make it flat with your hands. Roll them into sugar and leave them to rise to double size. Grill it with coal, electric or gas oven. Grill it until sugar has a golden-brown color. Then you can roll it in coconuts, walnuts, cocoapowder, vanilia and sugar mix, broken nuts, cinamon,poppy seeds, or leave it the way it came out from the oven, that is the classic one.
