Original recipe makes 12
1/4 teaspoonPepper
4 poundPork roast
1/2 cupBrown sugar; packed
1 tablespoonCornstarch
1/4 teaspoonCinnamon
1/4 teaspoonCloves
1/8 teaspoonGinger
1/2 cupPineapple juice
1/2 cupSweet and sour sauce
1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoonLemon juice

Grilled Pork Loin Roast Preparation

Rub pepper over top of roast. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 3 hours. Let stand for 10 mins before slicing. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and spices. Stir in the pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Serve with the roast.
