| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 4 poundPork roast |
| 1/2 cupBrown sugar; packed |
| 1 tablespoonCornstarch |
| 1/4 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoonCloves |
| 1/8 teaspoonGinger |
| 1/2 cupPineapple juice |
| 1/2 cupSweet and sour sauce |
| 1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce |
| 3 tablespoonLemon juice |
Grilled Pork Loin Roast Preparation
Rub pepper over top of roast. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 3 hours. Let stand for 10 mins before slicing. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and spices. Stir in the pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Serve with the roast.
