African Turnip Greens Preparation
Rinse greens. Simmer in pot. When theres enough liquid to melt the peanut butter stir it in until its all blended. Add garlic and your choice of heat. Simmmer for an hour or two until the greens are cooked to rags, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if needed to keep them from drying out and/or sticking.
