This is a compliation of flavors and textures that stimulates the senses....And it is SO SIMPLE!!
cut the onion in 1.2 inch slices...keeping the rings together.
pre heat pan with 1 tbs of olive oil (cast iron if available) and heat until water bubbles when splashed
place onion sections onto pan complete-do not seperate
add 1 tbs of olive oil evenly over rings at center
lower heat on pan to medium
let cook 3-4 mins and flip over...keeping the sections as together as possible.
put pepper, salt and garlic on the center of rings (cooked side) a few shakes of each.
let cook for 5 minutes or until both sides are clear
empty cam of mushrooms in with all liquid
let come to a boil, boil for 5 minutes
add worcestershire sauce, seperate ionions from each other and bring to boil again
turn down heat until just a simmer and add honey
turn off heat and keep stirring occasionally
let set 4 minutes
