Original recipe makes 4
800 gramschicken; Minced
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1 teaspoonSesame oil
4 tablespoonWater
3 teaspoonSugar
1 squeezeLemon juice
1/2 Onion; minced
2 tablespoonFish sauce
Chilli; chopped
1 tablespoonFresh ginger; minced
Garlic; minced
Lemongrass root; minced
Oyster sauce; optional

Stir Fried Chilli Chicken Preparation

Stir-fry oil, chicken, onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass.

When cooked add liquids, continue cooking for 1 min.

Serve with steamed rice.
