Original recipe makes 4
| 800 gramschicken; Minced |
| 1/2 cupSoy sauce |
| 1 teaspoonSesame oil |
| 4 tablespoonWater |
| 3 teaspoonSugar |
| 1 squeezeLemon juice |
| 1/2 Onion; minced |
| 2 tablespoonFish sauce |
| Chilli; chopped |
| 1 tablespoonFresh ginger; minced |
| Garlic; minced |
| Lemongrass root; minced |
| Oyster sauce; optional |
Stir Fried Chilli Chicken Preparation
Stir-fry oil, chicken, onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass.
When cooked add liquids, continue cooking for 1 min.
Serve with steamed rice.
