Quick, Easy, and Yum!
"Simple and easy. My first attempt had a funny, bitter aftertaste. Turns out it was the beer I used. I will be making this again, as soon as I have a more reliable beer in my fridge. however, it was still quite tasty when toasted with honey butter. "- thetkdgirl

BubastisChild 2 years agoI made this into muffins, liked the sweetness and added sesame seed to the tops. Let it sit for an hour before sliding them into the oven and they were lighter in texture. Good with chili, fast little breads and will make again.

Angie77 2 years agoWhat kind of beer did everyone else use? I used Miller Light because it's just what we had but the beer flavor was so strong in the bread. Is that normal or should it be more subtle?
