vanacrane , 1 years agoTook away from the flavor of the cauliflower - only tasted lemon & oil. Perhaps double garlic, less lemon and more brown butter would give the nutty sweetness the recipe promised. Not bad, but not good.

cook646 , 1 years agoReally good! I left the garlic whole while roasting and then mashed it at the end to toss with the cauliflower. Really no need for the butter, was very good just fresh from the oven.
ddbrennan , 1 years agoPleasantly surprised how good this is. My family is not a big fan of cauliflower but enjoyed this. I did sprinkle some grated asiago cheese on top before serving. Will make again !
Brooklynbmg , 1 years agoI've lost count as to how many times I have made this recipe. The addition of lemon juice really enhances the flavor. I have also done half a head of cauliflower and half a head of broccoli with the same delicious results!
