2 lbsground beef
2 lbsVelveeta Processed Cheese Spread
Hot Pepper Cheese
1 canRo-tel Original Tomatoes with diced green chiles
2 tspGarlic powder
Spicy Cheese Dip with Beef Preparation
Cut both cheeses into cubes. Brown ground beef in a 12" skillet and drain well. Return beef to skillet, add cheeses, can tomatoes and garlic powder. Heat on Medium Low to Medium, stirring constantly. When completely melted, turn to low and serve with tortilla chips. (If you take it off the heat, it will form a "skin" on top and will need to be stirred often)

This was a good recipe. It could use a little more of the tomatoes or maybe a can of your favorite salsa and next time I will only use 1 lb of beef. Overall a good party dip.
