zbutscher ,Used recipe as springboard. For my variation, used Open Nature smoked andouille sausage (4 links); 1 white onion; 1/2 hot pepper; garlic; 1 tbls better than bouillon; baby spinach; 3 tomatoes; penne. Tasters great!10y
happycookdm ,I used shallots, celery, fresh garlic and carrots sliced julienne style. This gave dish more flavor. Instead of loose sausage I used turkey sausage and chicken breast. It was very good.10y
rikki_p_webb ,This was DELISH!!! Even my pickiest eater ate it without complaint and even asked to take leftovers for lunch the next day (although he did ask for less green stuff). I added some minced garlic in with the onions and sausage and about a 1/2c of heavy cream at the end. Will definitely make again!!10y
holly88 ,The whole family enjoyed this (minus the spinach for the kids). I used spinach & asiago turkey sausage, 2 tsp garlic & 1/4 white wine. It was a welcome change of mild, not bland, flavor.10y
lgrivett ,Delicious! I substituted green kale for the spinach and let it wilt down for a few minutes with the sausage mixture and it was wonderful. A new family favorite10y
mariannebonannomeyer ,It was ok. The same as I make with ground turkey sometimes adding zucchini instead of spinach. Also add some wine for more flavor10y
sonjahmcbain ,So quick and yummy!!! I substituted the bouillon with chicken stalk, and used italian turkey sausage. I added cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic. Divine! New favorite.10y
crazy_cat_lady ,Ok this was a smash hit. I used 1/4 cup of white cocking wine, a lot of garlic, and 1/2 cup of cream towards the end of cooking. They loved it!10y
jeannetteroberts ,The family loved it! I did add garlic and used spicy sausage - which livened it up beautifully.10y
lanye1524 ,My hubby thought the meal I served was "upper end restaurant" and even better, it was served at home! did make a few additions--fresh sliced garlic was a must and tried the basil along with it. Delicious!!10y
alltherave ,This dish was a little bland. I had to add more garlic and Parmesan cheese. Will make again, but will add more spice.10y
naeobi ,This was one a friend pointed out, and I made it expecting it to be kinda bland. However, I found it surprisingly good, and *super* fast. I did add a half shake of both basil and parsley, and I smidgen of garlic powder, not enough of any of it to measure. I also finished the last 2 minutes of my noodles in the pan with the meat while there was still juice left from the bullion, all the flavors mixed quite well.10y
karenkinm ,This dish was a little boring as written. Be prepared to add additional veggies and seasoning.10y
gabito ,Excellent dish, easy to make and very tasty. You can add chilli flakes to make it a bit spicy.10y
aphilbeck8 ,Very good recipe. Used my home grown onion and added lots of my garlic in this recipe. Used my home canned chicken stock too. Added some white wine as well. So very good and tasty. Thanks for posting this awesome recipe that is easy to be modified as well.10y
gordon2571 ,Wonderful recipe changed the meat to half ground deer meat and half roll breakfast sausage...will make again!10y
badboyzgirl ,The only change I made was to use gluten free pasta. The recipe was wonderful and you can make it so many different ways. Thank you11y
