Banana Pancakes

Banana Pancakes

Ready in 45 minutes

An easy way to use up over-rip bananas.

"I felt that the bananas were lost in the pancakes so i mashed another banana and followed the same recipe as the filling only I cut it by a third. I used that as a topping in place syrup. I also added 1/4 tsp of cinnimon which was delicious. All-in-all, great pancakes."

My two year old son loves these. They are lovely with Greek yoghurt. I fiddled about with the measurements but who doesn't ha ha.
