Apple & Blackberry Pie Preparation
add Ground cinnamon, sugar to Apples and mix, and taste
add sugar to Blackberries and mix, and taste
Sift the flour and icing sugar together
Cut the butter in to small pieces and rub into flour
Add the sugar and mix
Add eggs until the mixture comes away from the sides of the bowl
Cling film and put in the fridge
Grease pie ring, place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Roll out the sweet pastry use about the size of a tennis ball, then place over pie ring, and fold into ring then cut around the ring.
Add the apples to the pie
then sprinkle some blackberries over the top
Roll out some pastry for the lid
Use water round the edges of the pastry, than add lid, cut aroung the ring takin away the access pastry.
seal the pie
Place in the oven gas mark 6 till cooked
