Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

Ready in 20 minutes

Wonderful! Fresh taste.

"Lots of chopping but well worth it! I only used 1 avacado and that was sufficient for me. The next day I added a few jalapenos to give it an extra kick."

First time making any kind of salsa and it was a huge hit. Doubled the recipe and it made a ton! Added a jalapeño and a little extra virgin olive oil.

Loved it on pan seared salmon! Yum. Of course it was a hit with chips too.

Yeah. It's good. Slather it on fish tacos and make your taste buds smile.

I upgrade my rating to 4 stars after adding diced green chile peppers. Also used it on salmon as well as a chip salsa. Great combo of flavors and textures.
