Good job but don't use a lid. The water from the mushrooms needs to evaporate. Also be sure to not crowd the pan so the juices can escape.

Very easy to make and outstanding taste!
We had it over turkey, but you could eat it with any meat or even just by itself!

I'm new at cooking so I was impressed at how easy it was to prepare and how good it tasted!! Simply amazing! I didn't use button mushrooms, but used s---ake mushrooms and they worked just fine. Will prepare this again, definitely! =D
