Original recipe makes 10
1/2 cupPeanut butter; crunchy is best
1 stickButter
1 cupChocolate chips
6 cupsRice or Wheat Chex
2 cupsPowdered sugar

Puppy Chow Or Trash Candy Preparation

Melt the first 3 ingredients together.

Add the mixture to the Rice or Wheat Chex in a large pan and mix until coated.

Place powered sugar in a brown bag, and add the chex mix in the powder sugar and shake until well coated.

Spread on cookie sheets to dry.

Refrigerate if you like.
