Ingredients
| 1 cupKetchup |
| 1 cupWater |
| 1/4 cupCider vinegar |
| 1 eaOnion; finely diced |
| 3 clovesGarlic; crushed |
| 2 tablespoonBrown sugar |
| 2 tablespoonMolasses |
| 2 tablespoonDry mustard |
| 1 teaspoonCayenne |
Western Nc Pulled Pork Bbq Sauce Preparation
Mix all together and simmer for 20 minutes.
Our notes: First made 4/16/08. The result was still chunky, so I chose to strain it through a mesh sieve. The thin sauce was spicy and very good on pulled pork. Next time, I might try the "boat motor" in the sauce to blend instead of straining, but it was great strained too.
