Venison - Turkey Chili / Stew
This can be made with ground beef and turkey, or all of any meat. Ground turkey brings in a sweet flavor. This recipe can change buy whats in the kitchen, the secret is in the spices, not the hot peppers! Lots of ingediants, but fast to make!!
Tastes better the next day, and can be frozen in lunch size bowls.

|1 lbGround turkey|
|1 tspgarlic powder|
|1 1/2 tspchili powder|
|1 canblack beans|
|1 15-oz canstewed tomatoes|
|2 15-oz cansdiced tomatoes; with onion and garlic|
|2 cansbrooks chili hot beans|
|42 ozchicken broth|
|7 mediumonions; chopped and Sautéed|
|1 green pepper; chopped|
|2 tbspolive oil|
|12 ozmushrooms; sliced and Sautéed with onions|
|4 carrots; sliced thin and Sautéed with onion|
|20 ozwater; give or take|
|3 tomatoes; quartered|
|3 habanero peppers; diced (to taste)|
|12 black olives; sliced|
|3 tbspchili powder|
|2 tspSoy sauce|
|2 tspworcestershire sauce|
|1/2 tspthyme; 1/2 tsp dry mustard|
Venison - Turkey Chili / Stew Preparation
I use one big stew pot to make this meal! 1st start browning your meats and add the 1st 4 spices to the meat when half way browned. Finish browning, but not long, it will cook in the pot. Drain and set aside.
Sauté your onions, green pepper, mushrooms and carrots in 2 tbs olive oil, in pot. When done, put the meat back in and stir.
Dump everything else in, stir and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer, put lid on a little a-jar and cook for 2 hours or so. Top each serving with shredded cheese.
