1. Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil. Thread onto 6 skewers.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, on lightly greased rack over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until opaque in center.
3. Combine margarine, honey, lemon juice, shallot, and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with scallops.
*If using wooden skewers, soak for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.*
