Notes Easy Lemon Cookies Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375F / 190C.
2. Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, zest, and lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonsful of dough into a bowl of confectioners' sugar. Roll them around until lightly covered. Once sugared, place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.

Delicious, perfect! Just made them and ate one, this recipe is so easy and incredible! I didn't have a lemon cake mix though so I substituted it with a white cake mix and just added some lemon juice and extra lemon extract. I'll definitely use this recipe again in the near future!

These are so good and so easyy to make! My husband and his buddies call them fruit loop cookies and they really do taste like a big soft fruit loop.
