Orange Sauce, Catch Of The Day
The orange flavor is a nice combination with a white fish and a green vegetable. The sauce is quickly prepared while the fish is cooking."This is a great basic recipe but I made some changes. I added 2 tablespoons of white wine to reduce with the orange and lemon juice. Then I added about 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of sugar with the pinch of salt. Once eill mixed I added only about three tablespoons of butter, which I beat in one tablespoon at a time. I then added the zest and several orange slices. I reduced the heat to low and only cooked until the orange slices were warm. I poured this over slamon. The orange slices taste amazing when eaten in the same bite as the salmon. " - Mistikaldarkhope
