Belgian Waffles Preparation
Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk eggs into melted butter and combine with buttermilk.
Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir just until incorporated.
Pour scant 1 cup of batter into waffle iron and bake 5 minutes or until light indicates the waffle is ready.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
