A peanut butter cake that thinks it's a cookie!

2 cupsFlour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
3/4 cupcreamy peanut butter
0.5 cupbutter; softened
1 cupSugar
0.5 cupbrown sugar; packed
2 largeEggs
2 teaspoonsvanilla
2/3 cupwhole milk
your favorite chocolate glaze

Peanut butter cookie cake Preparation

preheat oven to 325*

spray 10cup metal loaf or bundt pan.

sift flour and baking powder into medium bowl.

in large bowl, on low speed cream the butter and peanut butter together with the sugars. increase speed to medium-high and beat 3 minutes, scraping bowl when needed.

reduce speed to low and add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, biginning and ending with the flour mixture. Beat just until smooth.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. smooth the top. bake 60-65 minutes. allow to cool 15 minutes before inverting to wire rack and allowing to cool completely. Top with your favorite chocolate glaze.

    Made this cake last night following the recipe and then added my own chocolate glaze. It was GREAT and turned out very pretty. Cooked mine 65 minutes in a gas stove.
