This simple to make Mac n' Cheese is the best I've ever had! We don't have a family get together without it, and everybody that trys it wants the recipe. So here you go."I did like this dish. I would serve it again, but with modifications. I would not use as much corn starch - it was a little sticky - I would undercook the noodles a little and add a little more water. Once the sauce was absorbed and it had cooked warmed for the hour in the crock pot, the noodles were a little over-done for my taste....but overall very good and leftovers worked well, too!" - Grecco

BEST EVER MAC N' CHEESE Preparation
Cook and drain macaroni; put in crock pot.
Combine corn starch, salt, mustard and pepper in medium sauce pan
Stir in evaporated milk, water, and butter
Cook over medium/high heat stirring constantly until mixture come to a boil
Boil for 1 minute
Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted
Pour over macaroni and stir
Let cook in crockpot on med-low for 1 hour stirring after 30 minutes
