| 1 tablespoonButter; softened |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
| 2 cupsConfectioners Sugar; sifted |
Cream Cheese Frosting Preparation
(can add 1oz. unsweetened choclate) (opitional)
In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed until light. Gradually add sugar beating until fluffy. If necessary, add milk to make spreading consistency.
FROSTS ONLY ONE LAYER.
