Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Tacos

I modeled these tacos after my husband's favorite local Mexican restaurant. My husband now prefers mine and requests them often.

I added a can of beer and made soup out of the leftover broth and veggies. Not one bit of the dish goes to waste. Family raved; will be making again. Thanks!!!

Absolutely fantastic! we love going to Chipotle/Qdoba, but we are hours from either. This was better than either! Excellent flavor! Removed pork from liquid to pull with forks, then poured about 2/3 cup of it back over shredded meat. Loved it!

Absolutely fabulous. I didn't have any pablanos handy so instead used a bit of the adobo sauce from some chipotle peppers in adobo. I've also used a dried chipotley pepper (seeds removed) and simply pulled it out after cooking. Phenomenal flavor in this dish. This one is in our regular menu rotation! Leftover go onto nachos or mixed with BBQ sauce for sandwiches.

Excellent! The pork had really good flavor and was even better the 2nd day. This will go in regular menu rotation.

We are strictly a "beef taco" kinda family- I wanted to try this for a little change and it was a huge hit!

Really good! I added a bottle of beer to the crockpot (a special edition coconut brew) and used a boneless pork loin. I seared the pork loin before placing it in the crockpot. Will definitely be making again!!

Great flavor! I didn't have time to make them in the crockpot, I covered in a pot for about two hours. Came out delicious!

Great recipe. I made it for the first time for my boyfriends family (his mom is a great cook so I was nervous) and the loved it. Definitely will make this again. I also made brown rice with zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, mushrooms, onions, and garlic and added some of the juice from the crockpot to it. Made a great side dish

VERY easy to put together. Unbelievable flavor and the meat turned out very moist. We'll be making this again. It would be great for a party.

It was okay! I thought it was too spicy.

Fantastic! Ours took longer, but they were so worth the wait. Delicious. We only put in one poblano (we have young kids).

This dish was very good. I personally wanted a little more burst of flavor, but the wife thought it was great. I may play around with the spices, but I highly recommend this dish. Its a HUGE step up from our regular beef taco's. We will make again for sure.
