Very good recipe, only thing I did different is I just mashed 4 bananas, cut out the baking soda and used a little more baking power, and reduced the sugar to a little over 2cups, it was perfect!

Mmmmmm! Outstanding! We had 2 bunches of way overripe bananas that we put to perfect use in this recipe! I coated the pans with shortening and brown sugar and sprinkled a bit on the top of each loaf, along with slivered almonds. What a fantastic dessert bread! Perfect, straightforward recipe. I'll certainly make this again. My whole fam loved it!

I substituted extra virgin olive oil for vegetable oil and it came out great.

Very quick and easy!!!
UK cooks- use 225g for 1 cup! I used a little less sugar as was still very tasty! Plus these measurements makes loads! So reduce quantities accordingly
