2 gramsCorn starch; as required
1 teaspoonWater; as required
3 teaspoonssugar; as required
5 teaspoonsSoy sauce; as required
1 teaspoonsoya sauce; as required
2 teaspoonscider vinegar; as required
1 pinchGround Ginger; to taste
1 pinchBlack pepper; to taste
1 wholeGarlic; minced

Imis Chicken Teriyaki Sauce Preparation

1) Mix cornflour with cold water and keep to one side

2) Heat soya sauce, cider vinegar, garlic, pepper, ginger, sugar, simmer

3) Add cornflour and allow mixture to simmer and thicken

4) Use on chicken or fish, baste and then bake. Keep reapplying whilst baking
