1/2 cuponion; minced
1 cloveGarlic; Minced
1/4 CupButter
1 poundGround beef
2 tbsp.Flour
3/4 tsp.Salt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
1 tspNutmeg
1 Lb.Fresh Mushrooms
1 8-oz canMushrooms; optional
1 12-oz canCream of Chicken Soup
1 cupSour cream
2 tablespoonsParsley; minced
1 packagewide egg noodles

Tom's Hamburger Stroganoff Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add beef and brown.Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook carefully 5 min, don't burn flour. Add soup and Nutmeg, Simmer 10 min. stir in sour cream. heat through. serve over noodles and sprinkle with parsley
