| 1 packageEgg noodles |
| 1 poundGround beef |
| 1 Egg |
| 1 cupBread crumbs; plain |
| 1 teaspoonNutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 1 smallOnion; minced |
| 2 tablespoonsOlive oil; or vegtable oil |
| 2 10.75-oz cansCream of Celery soup |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1/2 cupmilk |
Swedish Stye Meatballs Preparation
I n a bowl, combine, beef, egg, bread crumbs,nutmeg, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape into small balls, Brown meatballs in oil, Drain excess fat. Cover and cook over low heat, 10 min, Blend soup,sour cream and Milk, Pour over Meatballs. Cover and Cook 5-10 Minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Serve Meatballs over hot noodles.
