2 mediumAvocado; cubed
1 16-oz canBlack beans; rinsed and drained
1 16-oz canCorn; whole kernel, rinsed and drained
1 eaJalapeno peppers; seeded and diced
3 tablespoonLime Juice; fresh
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonCumin
1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper

Corn, Avocado & Black Bean Salsa Preparation

Gently stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld
