Cream the butter on high until it's light and fluffy. Add the confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, and beat until fluffy each time. Beat in the vanilla until incorporated. Then dump in the Fluff and mix it up 'til it's all creamy. Transfer to pastry bag (if desired) and pipe onto cupcakes! (You can also cut the corner off a Ziploc bag and use that instead.)
To make s'mores cupcakes: Use your favorite chocolate cake recipe and bake as directed for cupcakes. Sprinkle (after frosted) with graham cracker crumbs and top with a chocolate square.

Pegggyh 9 months agoSuper yummy! Used with the triple chunk chocolate brownie mix (Betty Crocker?). Unfortunately, it made too much frosting and a ton had to be tossed. Will make again!

Mistikaldarkhope 2 years agoVery sweet but I liked it. I used it on top of chocolate cupcakes. My frosting was not thick enough. I must have done something wrong. I used my extra frosting and mixed it with a fudge receipe to make an amazing mouse like dessert.

lilcqtpie 2 years agoThis frosting is delicious! I used it for my S'mores cupcakes.. devil's food cake and topped it off with toasted marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs & a mini Hershey bar. Amazing!
Giftedgoddess 3 years agoI love this frosting! It is perfect! I use it for my French Toast cupcakes! I tweak it for those by adding a little cinnamon and freshly grounded nutmeg to it. YUM YUM YUM
