Pie Crust - Mom Preparation
With pastry blender, blend 1 2/3 cups flour with salt and crisco. Make a paste with remaining 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup very hot water. Add to other mixture. Blend til dough sticks together. Split dough in half (makes 2 crusts)
Use plenty of flour to roll out. Bake 450? 10-12min (unless you are filling it and cooking all at once).
