Oat Bran Muffins-cholesterol Free
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1
| 2 cupOat Bran |
| 2 teaspoonBaking Powder |
| 2 Egg whites |
| 1 cupmilk |
| 2 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 1/4 cupMolasses; or honey |
| Raisins |
Oat Bran Muffins-cholesterol Free Preparation
Mix all ingredients, pour into lightly greased or lined muffin tins.
Bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes
Notes
These are really good but don't overcook them. Also, I soak the raisins in hot water and drain them before adding them to the recipe.
