A quick week night meal for families on the go.

"I cooked my own chicken in Olive Oil, Tbsp minced garlic, and 1 leek. I did not use the Mayo or the Mustard. I used 1 cup fresh grated sharp chedder cheese. I used Panko seasoned bread crumbs for the crunchy topping. Baked for 45 min. and 5 extra to brown... I really like how it turned out! 4 stars!" - Jen333

Original recipe makes 8
4 ouncePasta
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupmilk
1 12-oz canCream of Chicken Soup
1 cupcheese; Shredded
1/2 teaspoonSeasoning; use your favorites
6 ounceChicken; or seafood
Crunchy topping; bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, potato chips

Create-a-casserole Preparation

Cook pasta and drain. Combine mayo with milk. Stir in soup. add cheese and seasoning. cengly stir in pasta and meat. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, add topping. Bake 5 more minutes.

We like to use canned chicken and season with onion and garlic powder. I usually top with extra cheese under crushed Ritz crackers.
