I used 1 cup fresh grated sharp chedder cheese. I used Panko seasoned bread crumbs for the crunchy topping. Baked for 45 min. and 5 extra to brown... Cook pasta and drain. Combine mayo with milk. Stir in soup. add cheese and seasoning. cengly stir in pasta and meat. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, add topping. Bake 5 more minutes.
We like to use canned chicken and season with onion and garlic powder. I usually top with extra cheese under crushed Ritz crackers.
