1 pkgfrozen strawberry's; thawed
3/4 cSugar
2 envelopesunflavored gelatin
1/2 cmilk; (up to 1 cup)
1 cheavy whipping cream; whipped

Strawberry Mousse Preparation

Puree strawberry's in a blender. In a saucepan combine the sugar an gelatin. Add the milk, stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour into a large bowl an stir in strawberry puree.

Refrigerate,stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly.

Fold in whipped cream into thickened gelatin mix.

I place this in water goblets an add a small whole strawberry an a mint sprig for garnish.
