Original recipe makes 4
2 cupsSticky rice (short grain); freshly cooked
1/2 cupCoconut cream
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 cupSugar
2 Mangoes; chilled and RIPE

Mangos with Sticky Rice Preparation

Combine the hot rice with everything but the mangoes. Set aside till cool. Peel the mangoes and cut two wide slices off the sides of each. In each of four dessert plates, arrange a slice of mango and a mound of rice.
