Not sure how close these are to the actual resturant's but if they are anything like them, they are WONDERFUL. This recipe originally said 1 c. salami, it has been changed to sugar. Sorry about that.

Original recipe makes 24
1.5 cFlour
1 cSugar
1 cCheddar cheese; shredded
0.75 cup2% Milk
1 Egg; Beaten
4 tbspButter; softened
1.5 tspBaking powder
0.25 tspVanilla

Almost Jim N' Nicks Cheese Biscuits Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased muffing tins and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done!
