Egg Salad Preparation
Boil the eggs for 5 minutes uncovered. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes. This will make them very easy to peel. Cut up the eggs with an egg slicer or use a knife. Mix in all other ingredients. Put on your favorite bread and Enjoy!
