3 cupsWhole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonBaking Powder
1/4 teaspoonCinnamon
6 tablespoonsButter
1/2 cupHoney

Graham Crackers Homemade! Preparation

Sift together the first four ingredients.

Melt together the butter and honey. Pour this into the dry ingredients.

Mix with a fork, then push the dough together with your hands. Don't knead or overmix. Put dough on floured surface, and roll it with a well-floured rolling pin to 1/8" thick. Cut rectangles approximately 1.25 x 3" with a knife, and cut them with a fork. Place on lightly greased baking tray, and bake for just 10 mins in a 375 oven. Cool on a rack.

I agree. This recipe sucks! I added some milk to make it into an actual dough and it rolled out fine but tastes gross!

This recipe sucks. Doesn't call for nearly enough butter or honey. We followed it exactly a written an it was just crumbs, there was no way to knead it into dough it was just dry. Even when we added extra, it doesn't roll out like dough, it breaks.
