I hope you enjoy these tender pork chops...
"Made this for the second time & seems to be getting better every time. This time I didn't dip it in eggs, just flour. The flour was all purpose with oregano, garlic salt, salt, & steak seasoning. Regarding the water & boullion, I boiled 2 cups of water to 4 boullion cubes. I added that to the juices left in the pan from the chops, simmered it for a minute, then poured it over the chops. Also to have some fun I added baby carrots that I cut in half. Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes & you have a sensational dish. My in-laws, husband, & I LOVE it. "- avelinaechavarria

Dip chops in beaten egg and then in salted, peppered flour (cover well); add oil to frying pan and brown chops lightly. Place chops in glass 10 x 13 inch shallow pan.
Slice onion over chops and add more salt and pepper. Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup boiling water and add this to drippings in frying pan. Pour this over chops.
Cover entire dish with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

mhlmll 2 weeks agoI agree they need more flavor and I added extra! Also, the cooking time may need to be increased because mine were still a little pink. :(
vader_fan 3 weeks agoThese smelled delicious when cooking, unfortunately there is very little 'taste' except for what the fried/browned adds. Adding 1 1/2 tsp garlic and 1 1/2 season salt to flower helped. Also topped with Tarragon & finely chopped fresh rosemary which helped more. Next I will try leaving out 1 bullion and adding 1/2 cup white cooking wine.
dgmacintyre 1 month agoMy kids liked this & the pork was tender, however it was a little bland for my husband. Very easy recipe though.

celrod 3 months agoI'm sorry, but, I did not like these at all. Not nearly enough flavor. My 2 year old liked them, though.
Scoob023 4 months agoMake this at least twice a month. Won't eat pork chops any other way. I use seasoning salt in flour. So good. Also I take the foil off and broil for few min to finish off the onions

Tin21 6 months agoMy hubby liked it! However i changed one procedure. Did not pour the oil used in frying. Instead put little slices of butter on top of porks.
