Ready in 1 hour
I hope you enjoy these tender pork chops...
"Made this for the second time & seems to be getting better every time. This time I didn't dip it in eggs, just flour. The flour was all purpose with oregano, garlic salt, salt, & steak seasoning. Regarding the water & boullion, I boiled 2 cups of water to 4 boullion cubes. I added that to the juices left in the pan from the chops, simmered it for a minute, then poured it over the chops. Also to have some fun I added baby carrots that I cut in half. Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes & you have a sensational dish. My in-laws, husband, & I LOVE it. "- avelinaechavarria

ResistanceIsFertile 3 months agoTurned out delicious. Varied spices to taste in the flour mix and didnt have chicken bouillon so I just used pork gravy. Adjusted time to an hour and tossed some broccoli in with 15 minutes left. Broiled for 5 more minutes. Threw it all on some mashed potatoes and it was great. Great simple recipe. Just season to your taste.
rochelle_79 3 months agoI made this last night & it was a big hit! Every one loved it including 3 year old & 16 year old. However, I made a couple of changes like adding additional seasonings to the flour for more flavor & sautéed the onions while browning the pork chops. Then followed everything as instructed in recipe!
