Only thing I'll change next time is use only 1 tsp vanilla instead of 2.

I teach an elective for students in special education that have mild disabilities and we made these pancakes. The kids loved them and thought they were easy. They were perfectly fluffy too.

Excellent! I followed others' advice and cut the sugar in half... Also added more egg as a personal preference. I added a dash of nutmeg and ginger. Fantastic!

Great recipe! Pancakes were fluffy and had a slight crunch to the outside....yum. But I had to use HALF sugar and HALF of vanilla than the recipe called for. They came out Divine!

Perfect, and a lot. I'd say you'd get 3 pancakes per 1 servings.

My husband works an overnight shift so I like to have breakfast going when he walks in at 8 am. Breakfast wasnt done until 9:30! I made a tester pancake and asked my husband and 16 year old to try it they said it was good to them ( i didnt like it) but made the whole batch. My husband and son didnt like finished product, and my son eats ANYTHING. The batter was to thick and to sweet and it took to long flip I'll stick to complete pancake mixes where I just add water
