2 1/4 cupsAll-purpose flour
1/3 cupDutch-processed cocoa powder
1 teaspoonBaking soda
1 teaspoonSalt
3/4 cupSugar
3/4 cupBrown sugar; packed
3/4 cupbutter flavor shortening
2 Eggs
1/3 cupcoffee-flavored liqueur
1 teaspoonVanilla extract
1 1/2 ouncesbittersweet chocolate; grated
6 ouncesmilk chocolate chips
6 ounceswhite chocolate chips
1/2 cuppecans; chopped

Kahlua Indulgence Cookies Preparation

Heat oven to 375F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well.

In large bowl, use medium speed on your mixer to whip shortening with the white and brown sugars for 3-5 minutes until it is light and fluffy and the grains of sugar are disolved.

Add eggs one at a time, liqueur, vanilla and grated chocolate and mixed well.

Slowly stir in flour mixture until of uniform consistency.

Stir in white and milk chocolate chips and pecans.

Drop onto baking sheet in 1 tablespoon sized scoops 3 inches apart. Flatten the balls just a smidge.

Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
