South4 10 months agoSO GOOD! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and I used flour tortillas AND crispy corn tortillas which softened when baked next to the meat mixture. I can't wait to make this again!
HK21 1 year agoJust tried this recipe!!!! Awesome. Instead of using salt and pepper, I used low sodium taco seasoning and 2 pinches of garlic salt. Came out fantastic. Will make again;)
stacynalapraya 1 year agovery yummy and very filling! The only difference is i used corn tortillas, cream of mushroom, and green olives for the topping... i will definitley try different flavor combinations (chcicken with red enchilada sauce, carnitas?)
maidinblisscleaning 1 year agoGreat recipe! When I use flour tortillas I dip them in the enchilada sauce and set aside until ready to start layering. Good with corn tortillas too! Great recipe! Thank you!
