Original recipe makes 6
1 1/2 lbsground beef
1 10.5-oz canenchilada sauce
1 10.5-oz cancream of chicken soup
1 16-oz jarsalsa
salt,; to taste
pepper,; to taste
garlic powder
1 12-oz packageflour tortillas
16 ozmexican cheese; shredded
16 ozsour cream; (optional)

Mexican Lasagna Preparation

brown your hamburger with the s+p and garlic salt then add in your enchalada sauce.set aside.

in a saucepan heat your cream of chicken soup and jar of salsa.let it simmer for 5 or 6 min until blended well together.

add your meat mixture.

in your 9x13 dish throw down a layer of tortilla shells then a layer of your meat mixture.

spread a layer of chesse the repeat this until you have ended with a layer of cheese on top.

bake at 350 degrees for around 35-45min until the cheese is all nice and melty brown.

then serve it up with some sour cream or hot sauce or just whatever you like yum.

Just tried this recipe!!!! Awesome. Instead of using salt and pepper, I used low sodium taco seasoning and 2 pinches of garlic salt. Came out fantastic. Will make again;)

very yummy and very filling! The only difference is i used corn tortillas, cream of mushroom, and green olives for the topping... i will definitley try different flavor combinations (chcicken with red enchilada sauce, carnitas?)

Great recipe! When I use flour tortillas I dip them in the enchilada sauce and set aside until ready to start layering. Good with corn tortillas too! Great recipe! Thank you!
