Ingredients
| 2 lbsfresh lump crabmeat; drained |
| 2 cupssoft breadcrumbs |
| 2 Eggs; lightly beaten |
| 1/3 cupMayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoonsmustard; coarse grain |
| 1 tablespoonhorseradish |
| 3/4 tablespoonLemon Rind; grated |
| 1 tablespoonParsley; chopped |
| 2 teaspoonsPepper |
| 1 teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning |
| 1/2 teaspoonBaking Powder |
| 1/4 teaspoonred peppers |
| 1/4 cupVegetable oil |
Virginia Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes Preparation
Pour oil into a large skillet set on medium heat.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Shape into patties.
Fry patties in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve.
