Virginia Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
|2 lbsfresh lump crabmeat; drained|
|2 cupssoft breadcrumbs|
|2 Eggs; lightly beaten|
|2 tablespoonsmustard; coarse grain|
|3/4 tablespoonLemon Rind; grated|
|1 tablespoonParsley; chopped|
|1 teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning|
|1/2 teaspoonBaking Powder|
|1/4 teaspoonred peppers|
|1/4 cupVegetable oil|
Virginia Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes Preparation
Pour oil into a large skillet set on medium heat.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Shape into patties.
Fry patties in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
