"This was very good! I was surprised thought it would be bland but it wasn't. I used ground turkey, seasoned additionally with garlic & pepper, and had to sub 1 cup tomato sauce + 1/4 cup water for the soup because I didn't have the soup. Used fustille pasta because I didn't have elbow, but otherwise followed. Very quick which is great too. Thanks much!"

Seasoned meat with garlic and pepper, cooked it in some EVOO. Used low sodium tomato soup to lower the sodium in this but used 1 can instead of 1/2 which the prep said since I scaled it down to the hub and I. Very good though, will put in rotation!

I just did this today. I used spirals instead, but the rest was pretty much the same. Added some extra herbs like rosemary and thyme. Was pretty good cause it's simple to make yet tasty.

My husband LOVES this. He is a big fan of Hamburger Helper, but this is a healthier version, especially if you use ground turkey.
