Slow Cooker Neapolitan Sauce with Spaghetti

This is an old fashioned style, long cooking Italian pasta sauce. Start this one early in the day and throw it all in the slow cooker!

Slow Cooker Neapolitan Sauce with Spaghetti Preparation
In a large pot or Dutch oven on medium high heat, heat oil til very hot. Cook pork chunks and sausage in batches til nice and browned all over. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add onions and garlic and cook til onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add pork, sausage and onion mixture to slow cooker. Mix in remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours or high 6 hours.
